Last Solution

It was good to see that the BBC program Money Box still has Dr Fazal “Fraud” Mahmood & Co’s First Solution Money Transfer Ltd on its radar.

They did a peice on the “failed” winding up petition that was supposed to happen on 7th November 2007 but got postponed until 21st November 2007. Apparently the court hearing on 7th November 2007 was over in 3 minutes.

The reason being the court papers did not have the new company name ”XTL Limited“. So Dr Fraud & Co’s First Solution Money Transfer Ltd is now going to be known as this name. Why noone knows????

There might be “some light” at the end of the tunnel, the Official Receivers, Paul Titherington, has told the Money Box program that he hopes to make an announcement this week as to how much assets Dr Fraud & Co’s First Solution Money Transfer Ltd has left over and whether we the Victims stand to get anything. We still wait to see if our dear Branch Directors will carry out their ”social, moral & relegious” obligation.
